WholesaleFoods.ME operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale platform, serving approved businesses, sole traders, caterers, hospitality operators, and wholesale buyers.

By registering or using this platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Membership & Account Access

2.1 Trade-Only Platform

Access to prices, cart, and checkout is restricted to approved members only.

All customers must:

  • Register a business account

  • Provide accurate business details

  • Complete verification and approval

Membership may be upgraded or downgraded based on account activity and performance.

3. Membership Tiers & Ordering Rules

WholesaleFoods.ME operates membership-based order thresholds:

  • Bronze Membership — No minimum order value

  • Silver Membership — Minimum order AED 500

  • Gold Membership — Minimum order AED 1,000

Orders below minimum thresholds may incur a minimum order levy of AED 100.

4. Pricing & Promotions

  • Prices displayed are wholesale trade prices available to approved members.

  • Promotional or offer pricing will be clearly indicated.

  • Use of vouchers or credit notes must be communicated during checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Orders submitted through the platform constitute an offer to purchase.

A sale is confirmed only when:

  • Payment is received and verified

  • Stock availability is confirmed

  • Order processing is accepted by WholesaleFoods.ME

We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders due to operational, compliance, or stock considerations.

6. Payment Terms

  • All orders must be fully paid before dispatch unless an approved trade credit agreement exists.

  • Payments are processed via secure payment gateways or bank transfer.

  • Orders will not be released until payment confirmation is received.

7. Delivery & Collections

Deliveries are performed via approved third-party courier companies or customer-arranged pickups.

Shipping and packing charges apply based on order size and destination.

Where orders are already packed and ready for dispatch, packing fees may still apply if cancellation occurs.

8. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Consignments are compiled and prepared by our export team.

  • Product expiry dates, weights, and cargo dimensions are provided prior to shipment.

  • Customers remain responsible for import regulations and customs clearance.

9. Risk, Insurance & Liability

We strongly recommend that customers arrange shipment insurance.

Risk transfers to the customer once goods are handed to third-party logistics providers or customer-appointed couriers.

WholesaleFoods.ME accepts no liability for damages, delays, or losses occurring during transit.

10. Cancellations & Returns

  • Order cancellations must occur prior to dispatch.

  • WholesaleFoods.ME reserves the right to refuse cancellations or returns.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect goods reported within 24 hours of delivery.

11. Right to Refuse Service

WholesaleFoods.ME reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject account registrations

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Suspend accounts for compliance, operational, or commercial reasons

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, and materials are owned by WholesaleFoods.ME or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

14. Governing Law
