Our focus is to ensure reliable fulfilment, clear communication, and professional handling of wholesale consignments.

📦 Delivery Options

We work with trusted third-party logistics partners to offer:

  • Package deliveries for smaller consignments

  • Pallet deliveries for bulk wholesale orders

  • Hybrid fulfilment solutions depending on order size and location

Delivery methods are selected based on shipment size, destination, and operational requirements.

🏢 Warehouse Collections

Customers may choose to arrange their own courier or collection.

Our team will prepare your consignment for pickup from our operations centre:

Warehouse 2, Ali Al Hashemi Building, Al Quoz Industrial 1, Dubai, UAE

Packing lists and shipment documentation will be prepared prior to collection.

🌍 GCC & International Shipments

For shipments outside the UAE:

  • Our dedicated export team will assist with documentation and shipment preparation.

  • Product weights, expiry dates, and cargo dimensions are provided before dispatch.

  • Customers may use their preferred freight forwarder or courier.

💰 Shipping & Packing Charges

All deliveries are subject to shipping, handling, and packing charges based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Destination location

  • Delivery method selected

Where orders have already been packed and prepared for dispatch, applicable packing charges may still apply in cases of cancellation.

⏱️ Dispatch Time

Orders are processed and prepared after payment confirmation.

Dispatch timelines may vary depending on stock availability, order size, and logistics scheduling.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary due to operational or courier circumstances.

🛡️ Transit Responsibility & Insurance

We strongly recommend shipment insurance for all consignments, especially international orders.

Risk transfers once goods are handed over to third-party logistics providers or customer-appointed couriers.

WholesaleFoods.ME is not responsible for damages or delays occurring during transit.
